Academic Advising for 2024-2025

Sophomores (’26) and Juniors (’25) must reserve an advising slot with a faculty member in the psychology department during the week of April 22. Time slots for these 15-min appointments are described below. To sign up, click on the faculty member’s name to go to their appointments page (or follow their alternate instructions). Note that an appointment slot will no longer be visible once another student has reserved it. As such, you are encouraged to sign up early! Prior to your appointment, you MUST complete the Major Advising Form. This form will help you and your advisor prepare for this meeting. Students who have not completed the form prior to their appointment slot will not be able to meet with a faculty member (and will not have their advising hold removed).

Sophomores
Congratulations on choosing a fabulous major. Please sign up for an advisor using the above links. You might consider choosing an advisor in the area of psychology that most interests you. Note, however, that all the faculty are well positioned to help you navigate this transition into the major.
Rising Seniors
We are eager to help you plan your senior year and to begin thinking about what may lie beyond Williams! Please make an appointment with your academic advisor. If you are not sure who your advisor is, please contact Christine Russell for that information.
If you have questions or concerns between now and the preregistration/advising period, you are welcome to email the Chair at [email protected].
